Job description

The successful candidate will work in the capacity of Recruitment Administrator supporting the Operations team in the delivery of end to end Recruitment Solutions across Accenture Operations.

Responsibilities:

· Support recruiters with job postings, requisition management, third party advertising platforms
· Interview scheduling: liaise with the candidates and hiring managers to agree availability throughout the interview stages
· Navigate hiring manager and recruiter diary challenges in order to ensure that candidate interviews are prioritized
· Make appropriate interview room or Telepresence room bookings
· Confirm schedules throughout the interview stages with all parties, using telephone, e-mail, Office Communicator and Outlook calendars
· Manage multiple sourcing and administrative requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
· Where necessary, liaise with agencies and third-party providers to agree availability or provide updates on candidate progress
· Distribute agreed materials required to support interviews
· Follow up with recruiters for interview feedback; ensuring feedback is saved once received
· Initiate rejection and candidate withdrawal process on internal Talent Acquisition system
· Regularly update key stakeholders, such as recruiters and agencies, on candidate progress
· Support engagement strategy with interview pool ensuring interviewer availability is fully utilised and maintain a strong internal reputation as delivering service excellence
· Manage temp to perm, transfer and promotion recruitment
· Support recruiters in promotion of referral programme across the business

· Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions

· Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met

· Work to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance

Qualifications :



Experience Required:


·  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
·  Confident and professional telephone manner
·  Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
·  Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
·  Strong organisation and time management skills
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Good understanding of Operations Workforce
·  Strong excel skills

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in HR or Law desirable but not essential
·  Previous work experience within Recruitment desirable but not essential
