· Office Operations includes A/V support, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support, asset mgmt, building maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics and transport
· Space management includes the delivery of all space management and related services (e.g. project or group seat / space allocations, conference room bookings, etc), with the primary focus on achieving optimal seat and space utilization, while considering the varied requirements of all businesses

Key Responsibilities
· Strategy
· Provide input on the strategic direction and vision for Office Operations and Space Management
· Define performance metrics and monitor performance against the strategy for different groups and revise/update strategies as appropriate
· Identify and analyze trends of concepts/technologies impacting the Workplace Solutions capabilities and specialties
· Design and manage new or changes to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy
· Participate in the strategic review of business operations and implement subsequent decisions (including outsourcing)

· Delivery
· Execute overall workplace strategic direction and vision for the capability areas
· Manage and oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across all Accenture businesses in line with the predefined scope of services, processes and standards (ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance)
· Work collaboratively and proactively with customer groups to achieve optimal seat and space utilization results, based on varied client demands and available space (Seat Demand and Supply)
· Build super-user skills in Workplace Solutions tools such as Seat Management, Centerstone, …
· Monitor appropriate metrics to measure and support space utilization and occupancy
· Account for results of work and customer satisfaction across area of responsibility

· Financials / budget management
· Plan, manage and account for Workplace capabilities operating budgets (forecasts, variance analysis)
· Provide input in establishing and overseeing the capital budgets including variance analysis, annual/quarterly forecasting and long-term planning
· Manage and secure the Procurement process
· Review and approve Workplace Solutions invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed
· Manage charge out where applicable

· Customer / Vendor relationships
· Manage relationships with internal customers and independently resolve escalated issues
· Manage the relationship between Workplace Solutions and other customer groups, Corporate Functions and user groups to ensure correct alignment with business priorities
· Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to take action in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions
· Develop and manage contract relationship with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy, quality and budget)

· Program and project management
· Design and implement programs and processes to deliver performance improvements to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy
· Utilize Workplace tools for workflow/service management and analyze data and/or process performance to drive innovation and continuous improvement
· Lead quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met
· Participate in sharing best practices across teams/locations/countries

Qualifications :

Educational Background

·  Degree or any other equivalent degree in Mechanical & Electrical field
·  Have knowledge on buildings aspects (Architecture or design, Quantity Surveyor

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

·  2-4 years experience
·  Solid business acumen and financial background
·  Previous experience in a similar domain (preferably in an international company)
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both French and English)
·  Ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations
·  Resourcefulness
·  Rigor and high quality work products and processes focus (pay attention to details)
·  Excellent follow-up skills
