Procurement Operations Analyst with Italian

Job description



Job Responsibilities:
• To create outcome reports based on client's requirements;
• Resolve any related issues and enquiries;
• Clarification of queries with suppliers and requestors;
• To provide first line support for all user's enquiries within the applied application to achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment;
• Administrative support for client;
• Transactional task: download financial information for supplier from several sources (pdf report or excel file), copy & paste on a template who will calculate automatically the indexes, KPIs etc;
• Check if supplier submitted properly the documents to be an active supplier;
• Get access to specific internal tool (Ariba and SP) and check if info is available if not highlight to the supplier and ask them to upload the documentation;
• Align with requestors on missing details and completion of purchase request;

Qualifications :

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent written and spoken Italian (B2-C1) and English (B1-B2);
• Helpful and proactive manner is important;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good administration skills;
• Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Procurement or Customer Service background;
