Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

Job Description

Performance Engineering professionals access, diagnose and engineer performance improvements into applications and their development and testing processes in order to improve customer's or end-user's experiences as well as setting clear system and application performance objectives, predicting performance failures and isolating the root causes of failures.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Performance engineering test architect required to define and drive performance test strategy for projects
+ 3 years of experience:

·  Deep Performance engineering experience
·  Able to gather business requirements,
·  Identify performance test impact and define performance test strategy
·  Review and sign off performance test strategy with business and IT stakeholders
·  Direct performance test team to execute test strategy
·  Gather performance test results and provide direction to IT team on performance tuning based on results
·  Strong project management and leadership skills
·  Good client interfacing skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple teams and function.

Skills:

Strong performance testing, and diagnostics skills with focus on following tools areas: jMeter AppDynamics Splunk YourKit Charles Proxy Fiddler AWS Chef Jenkins Linux Selenium.
