Your challenges

· Your main objective will be to speed up and simplify business management by introducing new technologies to improve business processes .
· Starting by looking at the existing situation, you will work alongside the customer, interpreting their needs and exploiting the technological potential to lead them towards growth.
· You will design, plan and implement complex and innovative digital transformation projects, to take business processes into the future using Agile development cycles.
· You will manage the entire design phase – from the requirements collection to the Unit and System Test activities and check that all customer requirements have been met.
· You will design new business scenarios, evaluate timelines and continuously monitor results

·  You will constructively and authoritatively approach the customer. You will listen to their needs and clearly and engagingly suggest the most suitable solutions to achieve their objectives.
·  You have Pega CSA and, ideally Pega CSSA certifications - or you have had experience with BPM or Java Pega platforms or other BPM, Case Management - Workflow Management tools
·  You have a technical-scientific degree or have worked for several years in the ICT field
·  You speak and write in English well
·  You consider dealing with complex issues an opportunity to test yourself and grow personally and professionally.
·  You love to share and learn different things
·  Every day is a new challenge for you and an opportunity to learn something new
