Payroll Administrator with Russian

Job description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for direct and indirect contact with the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution within the assigned process.
Furthermore, Payroll Administrators may be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes or client, off-cycle transactional activities or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include
· Execute the process accurately and timely
· Work strictly to agreed upon processes, ensure the process documents are followed
· Update/create process documentation as required
· Process inbound and outbound emails to customers
· Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
· Participate in KT as required
· Be involved in performing internal controls for quality assurance
· Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
· Actively participate in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
· Complete continuous improvement projects and additional tasks as assigned
· Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

Role Accountability:

· Accountable for the quality and delivery of their own work
· Cooperate with team members and team leads and ensure good working relationships
· Adhering to processes and policies approved by Accenture and client

Operational tasks
· Delivers a service to the client in an effective manner
· Always adheres to contractual service levels across the client base
· Demonstrates excellent problem solving ability, escalates to expert or supervisor when necessary
· Performs ad-hoc tasks as necessary
· Identifies improvement activities for assigned team
· Flexible approach and actively looks for ways to grow skills and experience within the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Education: High School level acceptable

Language: Fluency in English and at least one other European language related to service delivery

Work Experience: No specific work experience required, see skill requirements

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

·  Strong displayed problem solving and analytical skills
·  Excellent client handling skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
·  Experience in service delivery
·  Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing
·  Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks

Business Area Specific Requirements:

·  Language and skill level – Fluent in service delivery language
·  Advantage: Knowledge one of the following: German, Russian, Italian, Finnish, Dutch, Hungarian
·  Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
·  SAP experience
