Sales Operations Analyst with German

Job description

- Conduct regular operational reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
- Act as first point of escalation for partners and internal stakeholders
- Escalate issues on time and to the correct owner

- Ensure product support for the distributors
- Financial claims management
- Deliver regular reporting

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
- University degree in economics is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience in economics, finance or channel partner business would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle concerns in a sensitive way
- Able to keep accurate financial records
- Able to use and understand various technical tools (Excel, databases etc.)
- Able to interact with a wide range of people
