Recruitment Administrator

Location: Dublin,

Workforce: Operations

Type: 12 month contract, view to extend

The Administrator is responsible for supporting the Operations recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
· Support recruiters with job postings, requisition management, offshore advertising teams
· Ensure accurate maintenance of databases and reporting
· Manage multiple administrative requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
· Drafting contracts for new starters and ensuring all new starter paperwork is completed and processed timely
· Distribute agreed materials required to support interviews
· Keep ATAS records up to date with current candidate status
· Raise PO's and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely payment
· Process campaign referral fees in SAP
· Work to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance
· Ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the team
Experience Required:
· 1+ years' relevant experience as recruitment administrator, HR or corporae administrator role
· Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
· Strong organisation skills (both personal and of others)
· Strong attention to detail
· Highly organized and flexible
· MIS and analytical skills
· Proficient Excel Skills
· Experience in SAP desirable
