Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.

The NPI Materials and Projects Coordinator within Accenture will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
· Drive material and supply chain readiness for small scale NPI (New Product Introduction) projects for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure
· Collaborate with internal teams to interpret engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate these requirements to suppliers
· Coordinate activities supplier selection, specification creation and price negotiation
· Complete supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts and Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)
· Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements
· Partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary
· Front-end with operations and management teams as required to meet project targets, deadlines and milestones
· Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks
· Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders
· Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Management Systems or Business
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Planning / Procurement / Manufacturing / Engineering, Design or Product Development
·  Minimum 3 years of experience with Project Management leading projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity

Preferred Qualifications:
·  Engineering Degree
·  2 years' Experience of working in Hi Tech Industry and Technical Infrastructure: Racks, Servers, Switches, Mechanical Components
·  Strong understanding of end to end and product supply chain. Consulting experience in Supply chain, Operations and PLM areas is preferred
·  Excellent analytical skills, with advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel
·  Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
·  Self-driven, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an unstructured environment, tough deadlines with minimal supervision
Use of Oracle or other ERP systems planning tools
