Network Infrastructure Associate IT

Job description

Key Responsibilities
· Design, documentation and deployment of network infrastructure
· Management of network security policies
· Operational support of the local LAN/WAN infrastructure
· Second level of escalation for network related issues
· Plan and manage execution of the BCP/DR (Business Continuity Planning) plans and drills for different projects
· Develop compliance plans and establish compliance dashboards for leadership review at agreed frequency
· Identify potential risks and issues with compliance to the Delivery Lead and the Projects Security and Compliance Manager Management of the following technologies
· View and analyze reports generated by the log analysis tool. Investigate all anomalies where necessary Vendor management of the various network equipment suppliers during the troubleshooting process and related to the network infrastructure
· Management of the various 3rd party entities/teams during the troubleshooting process to resolve issues in a timely manner
· Manage the implementation of the policies & procedures in accordance with both Accenture and client security standards
· Plan and manage execution of the BCP/DR (Business Continuity Planning) plans and drills for different projects
· Manage self to effectively resolve the various network problems that might occur.

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  University degree or studying in the University
·  Advance English Level (written, reading, listening and spoken – 85 to 90%)
Experience
·  Beginner Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Release Management
·  Intermediate Knowledge in Technology Troubleshooting y security incident response, Capacity & Performance Monitoring and Infrastructure Operations
·  Desired Certifications but no required: Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP
Knowlegde in:
·  Cisco Switches
·  Cisco Router
·  Cisco Aironet
·  Cisco Wireless LAN controller
