IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

Job Description

Operations Architectures professionals demonstrate skills and specific experience in identifying the Logical Operations Architectures Services required to meet functional and technical requirements and in mapping them to physical (hardware, software or data) components that will implement them and to processes that will deliver them; and in blueprinting, designing, estimating, implementing and testing end-to-end Operations Architectures, covering one or more of the Operations Architecture domains.

System Monitoring professionals demonstrate skills and specific experience in identifying the Logical Operations Architecture Services required to meet functional and technical requirements and in mapping them to physical (hardware, software or data) components that will implement them and to processes that will deliver them; and in blueprinting, designing, estimating, implementing and testing Operations Architectures, with a specific focus on System Monitoring aspects, patterns, tools and techniques.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.
Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

This person will be required to work shifts evenings. 6pm -6am, rotating from 3 days per week to 4 days per week.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in blueprinting, designing, estimating, implementing and testing Operations Architectures, with a specific focus on System Monitoring aspects, patterns, tools and techniques.
