Job description

This will be your future role:

You will be responsible for German Debt Collection Services in certain locations outside of Germany and will have in particular the following duties and obligations:
· Supervising and instructing employees who are involved in rendering the German Debt Collection Services in the Company and ensuring compliance with the applicable German legal requirements;
· Engaging/amending employment agreements or concluding civil law contracts with all staff required in the area of German Debt Collection Services in the Company;
· Reviewing and if needed dismissing of any members of the staff with the dismissal procedures provided by the applicable law;
· Providing training courses to ensure that the members of the staff have sufficient knowledge to assist in rendering the German Debt Collection Services in the Company or to perform the German Debt Collection Services;
· Performing any other duties in the Company or any of its affiliates as may be necessary for the proper performance of German Debt Collection Services by the Company;
· Observing the internal guidelines and compliance requirements of the Company to the extent they are in line with the German Act on Legal Services.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This is what you already have:

·  Completed law degree from any EU member state (including EEA and Switzerland);
·  2-5 years of work experience in a private corporation or law firm, experience with financial legal matters is a merit
·  Legal level of German and English
·  If you do not have legal qualifications from Germany, then you must be willing to conduct a 6-month German conversion course organized internally.
·  Willingness to travel on a monthly basis to involved locations
·  Fixed work location can be either: Czech Republic, Poland, Romania or Slovakia.
