Job description

Title: Knowledge Management Analyst

Location: Dublin

Job Summary

The Research Knowledge Analyst supports the high-performance agenda of the Internal and External Research Team of the Capability Network – Proposal & Project Support. The Analyst aids in proposal and client-facing work, helping with research and identifying best material. He/she continually builds network and expertise around aligned Accenture Strategy function and Consulting Operating Group industries in addition to general Accenture knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

· Research using both internal and external tools
· Works closely with aligned Knowledge Specialist fulfilling proposal/project requests
· Assists and collaborates with global team members
· Responsible for daily effort tracking and management of time, leveraging input from Knowledge Specialist and Global Lead as needed
· Continually builds Accenture Strategy and Consulting related knowledge, industry and overall Accenture knowledge
· Builds specialization knowledge and skills
· Stays engaged and participates in aligned business function/global group activities
· Provides feedback to aligned Knowledge Specialist on ways to streamline processes and identify areas of improvement
· Executes value add activities as needed
· Networks in Community of Practices and across the practice and Accenture to promote the team and cross services
Relationships
· Reports to: Aligned Knowledge Specialist of the Research and Editorial Proposal and Project Support Team
· Supervises: N/A
· External Relationships: Offering Development (OD) Team and Knowledge Management Services (KMS) Team
Qualifications
· Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent

·  Fluent English language comprehension (written and oral)
·  Strong communications skills (written and oral)
·  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
·  Knowledge of search engines and proper search criteria
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Flexible in working times to account for working with a demanding client, as well as a global/virtual team
·  Experience with
·  Ability to work independently and in a virtual environment
