Role: IT Virtual Trainer
Location: London or Manchester or Newcastle
Travel: Occasional where required
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

The IT virtual trainer role is in the Global Technology Workshop area of the Know How with CIO team. This team provide virtual IT technology training to Accenture people and contractors across the globe. The training covers new and existing IT systems such as Microsoft Office and internal Accenture applications.
The IT Virtual Trainer role will deliver virtual training to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region as well as some 1-2-1 and UK classroom-based training.

Main activities/tasks:
· Deliver virtual training workshops via the Skype for Business application to audiences of up to 250 people per session.
· Provide ad-hoc training either classroom or virtual as requested.
· Deliver 1-2-1 Virtual Coaching

Other duties as applicable:
· Administrative tasks include training scheduling and course completions activities.
· Research and develop new training workshops on MS Office Applications and new technologies introduced into the Accenture environment.
· Provide ‘Train the Trainer' sessions on new workshop developed.

Qualifications :

Professional Skills:
·  Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels within Accenture.
·  Ability to present content clearly and effectively in an engaging manner in a classroom or virtual room environment.
·  Passion for training and developing others.
·  Ability to work on own initiative either independently or as part of a team.
·  Confidence, determination, self-starter
·  Ability to work autonomously
·  Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
·  A keen interest in technological innovations.

Experiences
·  Ideally (but not essential) you should have experience in a similar role working in a professional services environment delivering training to both large groups and on a one to one basis.
·  Background of PC application support and troubleshooting is desirable.

Technical Skills
·  A good knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 are essential.
·  Strong Microsoft Excel skills is desirable.
