At the Accenture Innovation Center for Smart Services in Heerlen we work on the latest and greatest technology trends we see as a company to help our clients move to the NEW. As presented in our technology vision each year, we see several trends that will shape the future of the world and our clients. These trends shape the way our clients experience and use the latest technologies to improve their own core business and achieve higher goals.

Main research question:

“How to show what Robotics already established and can mean in the future?”

During your first interview your specific focus will be determined based on the following components; portfolio, industry, technology and vision.

The internship assignment will focus on one of the following emerging technologies:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Automation of repetitive processes to enable employees to focus on added value work. Increase employee satisfaction as well as process efficiency.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Intelligent Automation for end-to-end integration into and on top of existing processes and applications. Virtual agents for an omni-channel user experience via interfaces by text, speech and image recognition.

Analytics

Business Intelligence and Reporting supporting learning aspects of your capabilities. Visibility and controllability for improvement of processes based on current data and predictive models.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

• You are in the final year of your graduation, preferably a specialization in the areas of: Business Informatics or IT related

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English language

• You can work independently

• Good communication skills

• Eager to learn new skills and technologies

• Problem solving ability
