Innovation Consultant – CX Designer with a business background

For our Accenture team in Stavanger we are looking for graduates or young professionals to join a new creative space opening in the next months.

The space will be a digital innovation space for oil and gas, mining and utilities mainly, with focus on bringing innovation, design thinking, interactive experiences, agile and emerging technologies like AI to the on-going digitalisation processes of our customers.

You can expect to design, and eventually lead, innovation sessions, participate in digital product development and help our clients to identify critical issues, map value chains and unlock exponential streams of business value. As a result, you will learn and get experience within many areas, and will gradually get extended responsibilities.

For that, we are looking for someone who, while comfortable with typical management consulting practise, has a keen interest and certain experience with visual design, digital interaction and start up innovation. Someone who is passionate about how companies like AirBnb, Google or Amazon innovate, and at the same time keen on facilitating, coaching and prototyping solutions with tools like Balsamiq, InVision and Sketch3.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Solid IT skills
·  1-3 years work experience
·  MSc or BSc (or similar)
·  Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
·  Strong analytical skills

About you:

·  Quick learner
·  Positive attitude
·  Enthusiasm and drive

You also have digital transformation experience in the public or private sector that spans one or more of these areas:

·  Digital strategy and Business development
·  Design thinking and Service Design
·  UX/UI tools like InVision, Balsamiq and Sketch3
·  Start-ups and entrepreneurship
·  Technology understanding and insight into trends
·  Innovation processes and project management
