Job Description

Hyperion Developert (H&PS) professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique HEALTH and PUBLIC SERVICES industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
· Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
· Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems .
· Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor . May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 3 years of hands on working experience with Hyperion Planning or Essbase
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with calc scripts or business rules
·  Experience setting up load rule files to load data from data warehouses into Essbase Cube
·  Strong experience with Business Rules and Calc script development skill set is required
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Requirements:

·  Must be able to travel 100% Monday - Thursday of each week
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with MaxL scripts, calc scripts or business rules, and web forms
·  Minimum of 5 years of Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Rules, MDX)
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience Interacting with clients to gather requirements for application enhancements leveraging Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
·  Deep understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
·  Experience supporting Health clients/industry
·  Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion tools like ODI and DRM
·  Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
·  Experience developing automation scripts (shell, batch)
·  Bachelor's Degree
