Role: HR People Advisor Analyst

Location: London, UK

Salary up to £32,000 depending on skills and experience

The HR People Advisor will complete general HR admin activities to support the HR Corporate Functions HR team, specifically in the areas of recruitment, performance management, employee transfers and contract changes. The People Advisor will also be provided with the opportunities to grow their current experience and skills by assisting the team with managing ER cases relating to sickness, grievances and performance issues. During the HR Business Partner Manager's non- working days, the People Advisor will also manage HR general queries and HR admin tasks on their behalf with supervision from the HR Associate Manager

Value Creator

· Assist with the coordination of promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration according to geographic/entity guidelines.
· Provide support with the resolution of people issues in a timely manner.
· Support managers and employees with HR policy and procedures.
· Complete ad hoc tasks relating to Corporate Functions HR initiatives

Business Operator

· Support hiring managers with the orientation of transferred employees or new hires.
· Assist managers by responding to general HR policy and process questions in a timely manner
· Provide assistance to other with ER people issues
· Update all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation (location transfers, entity transfers, workforce transfers, other personnel transactions) in the systems.
· Support the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
· Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required.
· Keep records and provide updates on a variety of matters including absence, OH referrals, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters and ensure adherence to appropriate policy (non standard) as required.
· Maintain Team SharePoint (control access / content / upload standard reports)

People Developer

· Collaborate with HR Corporate Function Team, Recruitment, Members of the Management Team and the HR Operations back office team.
· Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork by providing support where required
· Collaborate with other HR People Advisors to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.

Qualifications :

What skills & experience are we looking for?

A Bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
·  One year experience working in an admin capacity within a large business environment preferred.
·  Some basic knowledge of Human Resources core concepts such as career management, performance management, compensation, etc.
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  Be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
·  Some Data analysis experience
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Some stakeholder management experience
·  Ability to remain confident under pressure and work within a busy environment. Ability to work well within a team environment and be a team player
·  Have a keen interest to pursue a career within HR and a desire to develop and expand current knowledge and skills
