HR Administrative Support

Job description

As HR Administrative Support you would be HR contact for our employees. You would be responsible for various administrative tasks such as: employees files, preparation of amendments, documents collecting, tracking, cards distributions and archiving. We are looking for candidate who would like to work ¾ working schedule - 6 hours a day.

The Employee will work as a Grafton's Contractor for Accenture (limited working contract for 1 year).

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Assist in maintaining all employee´s records and files

• Lunch & Multi sport cards distribution

• Assist in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed

• Prepare various types of amendments for employees

• Illness & Doctor visit documents collection

• Perform general office support functions and various administrative duties

• Solving everyday general issues of employees

• Responsible for archiving of documents

• Participate on audits (internal/external)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

WHAT WE EXPECT




• Slovak fluent

• English language B2

• Administrative experience required

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good communication skills
