Job Title: HR Programme and Operations Specialist

Level: Specialist – Career Level 9

Location: Dublin

Job Description

The HR Programme & Operations Specialist role designs and drives effective implementation of HR programmes and projects, ensuring HR employees are informed, integrated and enabled.

The HR Programme & Operations Specialist is responsible for a number of key areas within the Operations HR team, including assisting the team in strategic projects and initiatives, and playing a key role in the management of employee insights and data. The role will report into the HR Programme & Operations Associate Manager.

Strategic Projects and Initiatives

Working on strategic projects and initiatives as required by the business in the following areas:

· HR process improvements & streamlining

· HR system support projects

Employee Insights

· Produce monthly dashboard bringing employee insights to business

· Monthly and ad hoc reporting to the business

· Continuously monitoring and looking at ways to improve employee insights

Data Management

· Ensure accurate data management for Accenture Operations through ongoing reviews

· MI reporting

· Regular control checks of all aspects of HR data

- Monitoring of new joiners/internal transfers

- Monitoring of reporting lines

- Monitoring of people advisor alignments

- Monitoring of org unit data mapping

· Manage Performance Achievement Tool data for Operations

Key Relationships:

Field HR, Line Managers, Recruitment

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience

· 3+ years Human Resources experience

· Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy preferred

· Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred

· Ability to liaise with numerous key stakeholders and develop networks as appropriate

Key Competencies :

· Ability to deal with multiple priorities

· Experienced in MS Excel and dealing with high volumes of data – ability to manipulate and present data in a meaningful manner

· Attention to detail, and organized/logical

· Proactive

· Knowledge of project lifecycle from concept through to implementation would be nice to have

· HR functional skills

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Able to interact with executives 1:1. Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise

· Knowledge of our HR organization (local/global/functions) a big plus

· Ability to work in a rapid growth environment and creating structure in unstructured situations.

· Disciplined, precise, well structured and accurate approach and delivery oriented

· Recognizes and escalates potential issues on time

· A flair for process improvement, balancing critical evaluation with innovation and creativity
