Job description

Key Responsibilities

Intern sourcing

· Run complete Cycle of formal internship program for certain DTE (60 for RES, PRD last year)
· Maintain sourcing channel through posting on internal and external for ad hoc demand
· Clarify and collect project demand with specific requirements based on which to adjust sourcing direction
· Collect and manipulate application resumes and build up intern sourcing pool via necessary selection in dynamic
· Arrange project interview as needed by tracking feedback of the candidate, and inform the further process if needed
· Make preparation for integration between internship and campus recruitment
· Alternatively support on CWF campus recruitment process

University relationship

· Keep connection with extensive target universities in cross
· Keep direct exposure to schools internal forum or BBS for niche business needs
· Deepen cooperation with career center of Key universities mainly in Beijing
· Plan and deliver offline and diverse campus activities in addition to traditional campus talk (career sharing, ODA, campaign, tournament)

Data reporting and mining

· Maintain demand and pipeline report timely and correctly
· Work with AEE and other peer to generate intern related report for further analysis
· Collect and analyze market intelligence related to universities supply
· Take proactive actions by monitoring and analyzing on intern comprehensive report
· Revisit template and framework on above report periodically for consecutive improvement

Ad Hoc

· Consistently refine intern related document like JD, request form, feedback form.
· Compiles case study materials intern and campus selection by working with frontier PM
· Back up on campus recruitment on-site support.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resource management preferred;
·  At least 2 years' work experience of HR function including recruitment preferred in in MNC;
·  Campus recruitment experience is a plus;
·  Good capability of communication and coordination;
·  Logical thinking, and able to prioritize under pressure;
·  Quick learner and business acumen;
·  Creative and passionate in confront with challenge
·  Fluent language skill in listening, speaking and writing English.
