- Applying machine learning techniques to help improving personalization of offers, content, and campaigns

- Content analysis (textual, lexical, etc.) to drive better marketing conversations

- Applying Advanced Analytics techniques to improve online buying journey

- Automated, machine learning fueled data visualization to focus on right business outcomes

Are you looking for an internship in which you can play an active role in working in Digital Marketing domain and gain valuable Marketing skills while applying Data Science skills? Do you want to do your graduate thesis research on a subject directly relevant to the clients of Accenture? Accenture offers a full-time graduate research internship for at least five months at our office in Amsterdam.

Digital Talent Factory consists of a group of top talents with an ambition for Digital, who will support the Accenture Digital team in various ways. It is our goal to give you a memorable and valuable placement - where you work with Accenture Consultants and with your fellow trainees. Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

• You are nearing completion of your studies at university and are searching for work experience within your field of interest with future growth possibilities.
• You have demonstrable affinity and/or experience with trends and development in the fields of Data Science.
• You have some experience and skills in programming languages (Matlab, Python, R) and/or Analytics software (SAS, IBM SPSS, etc.).
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills; you are professional and precise.
• You speak fluent English and Dutch; both spoken and written.
• You work independently and have a hands-on mentality; you are creative and take responsibility.

You will get intensive guidance from professionals in a dynamic, fun and comfortable working environment. You will get a personal supervisor (experienced consultant to discuss and share ideas on you work as well as your career goals) and a buddy. You will gain working experience within a large international consultancy firm, and gain experience by active participation within the Accenture Digital team. Together with all the Digital interns, supervisors and buddies, you are part of the Digital Talent Factory community with monthly feedback sessions, activities and trainings. Finally, you will also receive an internship compensation (€) and a laptop.
