Meet the CFO & Enterprise Value Team
As a CFO & Enterprise Value professional in the Capability Network, you'll work at the heart of the CFO agenda in areas such as Finance & Performance Analytics, Global Business Services (Shared Services), Treasury & Working Capital, Tax Transformation, Enterprise Value Targeting and Real Estate Transformation . You'll use your finance expertise to improve operations, increase revenues, reduce costs and drive market differentiation for our world-class clients. You'll implement exciting innovative programs and employ state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to transform an organization from end-to-end.

YOUR ROLE

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Business Services Consultant or Analyst in our CFO&EV practice, a typical day may indclude:
· Helping clients strategize and design new, global operating models that integrate front to middle and back office activities across multiple processes and functions
· Conducting a business case analysis for a shared services program
· Contributing to the design and implementation of shared services operating models, including governance and service management
· Documenting the As-Is process in core Finance areas
· Conducting gap analysis between As-Is processes and Best Practices; developing solutions to prioritized gaps
· Designing To-Be processes and roles
· Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures and preparing the client for deployment
· Helping clients with a Financial Performance ‘Health Check' to measure performance against specified KPI's
· Developing Location Strategy beyond Shared Services
· Enabling Technologies (RPA, Cognitive Computing, etc.)
· Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
· Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
· Coaching and mentoring junior team members
· Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
· Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change

Desired profile

Qualifications :

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
·  Minimum bachelor's degree
·  Depending on your experience you will be considered for a position of Analyst (2+ years of relevant experience) or Consultant (5+ years of relevant experience)
·  Excellent knowledge of at least one financial process (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash)
·  Good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals, such as the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
·  Experience in one or more phases (Assessment, Planning, Design, Development, Operational Support) implementing Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO
·  Involvement in shared service feasibility studies, design and operations, including transition of work from onsite location is preferred
·  Experience in developing operating models for Finance transformation projects
·  Participation in implementation of enabling technologies (ERP applications, reporting tools, workflow applications, etc.) would be an additional asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:
·  Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
·  Willing and ability to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
·  Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work could be an option, depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
