The Payroll Consultant will have the ability to analyze and design client business processes specific to Payroll. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases to implement via application configuration. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  3 years of experience managing functional Oracle EBS Payroll implementation efforts and aligned resources

·  US Citizenship required (dual citizenship not eligible for consideration) Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

·  Candidate should be a quick learner that can independently problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently, and work collaboratively with the team
·  Agile Methodology experience
·  Attention to detail
·  Business writing skills
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
