Job description

The Accenture eHealth team will work across a variety of projects in defining and implementing eHealth solutions across different Health settings. The team will be expected to interpret client strategic imperatives and expectations into technology requirements that enable enhanced clinical and non-clinical outcomes. The team will also facilitate clinical change management and service redesign programs that are enabled through eHealth solutions. The eHealth team will work across numerous projects and locations and may include the implementation, optimization, upgrades, and ongoing application support of a variety of Healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Depending on the client engagement, the eHealth team may be responsible for collaborating with other Accenture teams, client teams and 3 rd Party teams to:

· Manage day-to-day project work on an eHealth project
· Be responsible for collaborating with client business owners to develop requirements, business cases and benefits realization plans on eHealth project
· Be a bridge between clinicians and design/development teams by understanding clinical requirements and work with development team to design solutions
· Study and translate clinical process work flow requirements
· Assure relevance and compliance with current regulatory standards, current practice and patient care processes.
· Lead or assists in process redesign and implementation of clinical change programmes supported by eHealth solutions
· Coordinate and lead software testing of updates/new releases for eHealth solutions
· Support end users in application use and training
· Interfaces with 3 rd party vendor personnel to recommend and coordinate various enhancements, changes, and resolutions to software problems
· Assess clinical usability of healthcare solutions

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education and Skills requirements
·  Educated to Degree Level
·  3 years + of work experience in a healthcare provider environment
·  Demonstrated ability to work with clinical stakeholders
·  Knowledge of the provider healthcare market in Ireland and beyond
·  Flexibility to travel and work across Europe for significant periods of time
·  IT experience of implementing clinical information systems such as Electronic Medical Record Systems, Patient Administration Systems, ePrescribing systems, Laboratory or RIS/PACS systems
·  More than 2-3 years of consulting experiences in similar client environments
·  Understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle and methodologies
·  Professional Certified in Project Management Certificate – e.g. Prince-2, PMP
·  Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology
