Job Description
As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, development and improvements of customer DevOps stack, including CI/CD pipeline, development process automation and agile transformation of change management processes. You will be given unique chance to cooperate in definition of future shape of customer's development and deployment processes.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Manage the development and enhancements of IT work management tools.
✔️ Implementation of enterprise process change and supporting technology
✔️ Ability to capture and define business requirements and pain points and translate into technical solutions or features which add value and solve business challenges.
✔️ Team player with a positive attitude can collaborate with business partners, peers, and leadership and can manage change.
✔️ Strong focus on how we can improve our customer's experience of our systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

✔️ An understanding of the principles and values underlying lean and agile flow. Prior success applying SAFe/Scrum/Kanban experience is preferred
✔️ Skilled at communicating to people of all skills and roles in the organization, including very technical engineers and cost-conscious executives
✔️ Strong understanding of working from Ops/Customer Service perspective with Value Streams.
✔️ Experience in automating workflow and process flows using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Deploy, Ansible, etc.
✔️ Provide application support, development, and maintenance of a portfolio of automation and productivity applications.
✔️ Ability to define process and implement in tooling to enable efficient IT and business
✔️ 1+ year’s experience in an Agile or DevOps environment
✔️ Experience in Continuous Integration frameworks- Jenkins uDeploy, SonarQube
✔️ Experience in configuration management solutions Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.
✔️ Experience in monitoring solutions – apm, splunk
✔️ Experience in ITMS tools
✔️ Experience in coding/scripting languages- Java, Ruby, Python, or Shell
✔️ Experience in SCM tools- Git, Subversion, etc.
