The Global Legal Network (“GLN”) in Argentina provides legal Data Privacy support within Accenture.

Legal Data Privacy Support

Job Summary :

Support the Data Privacy team within Legal in documenting and reviewing data privacy provisions in documents with vendors, suppliers and alliance partners in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and Accenture client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of data privacy provisions in supplier contracts, data processing agreements, SOWs and other documents with suppliers.

• Review of EU model clauses and data transfer agreements with suppliers.

• Negotiate the abovementioned documents with the vendors and suppliers;

• May be required to train team members and develop overviews, checklists and process documents for reviewing the abovementioned documents;

• Directly liaising with internal stakeholders on various legal and commercial issues;

• Maintain contract compliance in line with company policies and procedures, ensure issues are resolved and escalate to line manager;

• May assist with the coaching of Global Legal Network Professionals;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• University Degree

• Bilingual English level

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and contract review (preferred).

• Proven ability to work autonomously

• Ability to be flexible and work in a problem-solving environment

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills

• Skills in using spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
