HR Contact Center Officer with Dutch

Job description
Ideal candidate:
• Bachelor degree (preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch (min B2)
• Good English skills (min B1)
• Good client handling skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach
Key responsibilities include:
· Act as first point of contact for the client’s employees (40.000) regarding HR related questions via phone, E-Mail or chat
· Update HR database and tools (Success Factors & ERP) with personal information changes (name, address change etc)
· Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers
· Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request
