The Client Insight Analyst helps connect sales and proposal teams with client information. They respond to research requests and compile data to support sales efforts.

The analyst may help with other sales enablement activities. These include harvesting prior proposal content, providing past performance write-ups, or compiling other proposal-ready facts.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct research and respond to client insight requests
· Create reports for internal teams, primarily in PowerPoint
· Harvest reports and offer recommendations for inclusion in the content management tool
· Build and maintain knowledge of Accenture client base to support sales campaigns across sales stages including origination, proposals, and oral presentations
· Other research duties as requested, such as support for RFx responses and proposal content harvesting

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  2-3 years of experience performing primary or secondary research, preferably in a pre-sales/sales support/client or competitive intelligence environment
·  Minimum 3 years of experience working in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products
·  Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
·  Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's or equivalent graduate degree, technology or business preferred
·  Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
·  Skilled in proofreading with thorough attention to detail
·  Effective communication skills, especially with senior management
·  Strong working knowledge of social media sites, apps, and analytics tools, including resources for content, facts, and information about clients and industry
·  Prior work with geographically dispersed teams in a virtual environment is a plus
