Basic Requirements
· Minimum bachelor's degrees and with good oral and written English, Mandarin is must
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
· Have ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
· Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
· Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
· Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
· Maintain good relationships with clients and project managers.
· Working experience in China is not necessary

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:
·  3 years+ working experience with at least 1-2 years of experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
·  Minimum 1-2 years project and team management experience
·  Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives.
·  Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
·  Experience in Change Management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle
·  Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management.
·  Have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client.
