Job Title Campaign Management Workflow Lead – MCM WFL - German

Scope

Accenture is operating a global Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence for a global Fortune 100 technology company. The Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence is responsible for the production and execution of highly-personalized digital direct marketing campaigns, including the development of campaign lists, personalized HTML emails and landing pages, campaign deployment and post-campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

The Media Campaign Manager Workflow Lead will serve as the primary point of contact between the client's Product Marketing Managers, Technology Specialists, Creative Agencies and Media Agencies. Also between MCMs and Team Leads. Responsibilities include:

MCM Agent (75%):

● Booking and implementing media campaigns

● Oversight and management of media development projects on EMEA Markets

● Building and maintaining relationships with Creative Agencies and Media Agencies

● Cooperating closely with Account Managers, Sales Managers and Media Managers.

● Managing deadlines between different teams and clients, ensuring successful launch of campaigns

● Trafficking and QA support for media agencies

● Reporting on performance of digital marketing campaigns

● Identifying opportunities for process improvement

● Identifying and managing risks

● Ensuring a constant high level of quality appropriate to a Fortune 100 company's consumer-facing marketing materials Workflow Lead (25%):

● POC for product and process related questions from agents of that market

● Creating and maintaining market specific documentation to point out differences and best practices

● Participating in BS market meetings to improve collaboration with onshore

● Meeting with other WFLs and trainers on a regular basis (once a week) to share issues and best practices

● Daily sync with other WFLs to check market trends, at-risk campaigns and team capacity etc.

● Meeting with Trainer to discuss most common questions

● Helps Quality Lead with language specific checks if necessary

● Tracking market's figures/SLAs

● Flagging problems/concerns that are team and/or product related to TL

● Managing the queue by checking and assigning cases

Qualifications

● Relevant studies or experience in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

● Previous 12 month MCM experience

● Experience in a customer facing environment

● Excellent communication skills

● Strong Time Management skills

● Deep understanding of prioritisation needs

● Outstanding self management and ability to structure your own work

● Excellent command of written English spelling and grammar

● Good interpersonal relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

● Knowledge in HTML and CSS is a plus

● Experience working in online advertising operations

● Work experience managing projects on rapid timelines

● Work experience with internationally distributed teams is a plus

● Work experience at a digital agency is a major advantage

Languages ● Fluent market speaker ● Fluent English
