Billing Analyst - Special Billing Care

Job description

The successful candidate will be based in the Bratislava centre as part of the team which is responsible for billing related tasks from the initial billing set up, data checks, automated billing, manual billing, special billing and reporting for the customer of our client. The team works with billing data and ensure the completeness, timeliness and quality of the client's billing to customers.
Limited 1-year contract.

What will you do?
· Initial billing set up of customer within the agreed SLA
· Validation of order requests per contract
· Daily corrections based on alignment between systems and their synchronization
· Investigation of possible discrepancies to prevent future mistakes on invoice
· Active cooperation on specific projects, improvements
· Support of special customer data set up based on customer requirements
· Co-ordinate the global monthly billing production schedule with regional billing teams
· Daily communication with other regional billing departments
· Reporting – different billing reports both on regular and ad-hoc basis
· Ensure all billing inputs/feeds are received completely, accurately, consistently and timely
· Invoice creation and verification with adherence to contractual standards
