Looking for big data professionals and data engineers to our Applied Intelligence -practice in Copenhagen

Do you feel you could be our next piece of a puzzle and guide our clients to become truly data-driven companies and at the same time developing your expertise in data and analytics?

In the challenging but innovative crossroads of analytics and business, you would:

· Participate in vendor landscape and technology assessments (covering for example Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, TensorFlow etc.)
· Executing proof of concepts to assess the value of Big Data / Machine Learning use cases
· Building and implementing an architecture roadmap for next generation Big Data Analytics solutions for our clients
· Participating in full lifecycle implementation from requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design and development to testing, and deployment
· Working in collaboration with Accenture’s global network of experts and delivery centers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for team players having the following qualifications:

·  Master's Degree or PhD from a relevant field such as physics, math or information technology.
·  Previous experience (3+ years) in delivering an operational Big Data solution using one or more of the following technologies/distributions (Hadoop, Cassandra, Hortonworks, Cloudera, MapR)
·  Hands-on coding experience in one or more of: Scala, Java, R or Python
·  Experience with Apache eco-system components such as Spark, Flume, Hive, Drill, Flink, HBase, Cassandra or Kafka
·  Understanding of traditional ETL tools, RDBMS, SQL
·  Experience in large scale cloud data solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
·  Experience in re-architecting and rationalizing traditional data environments with Hadoop or NoSQL technologies

Above this we also want you to:

·  Enjoy working in diverse teams
·  Have excellent written and oral/presentation skills both in Danish and in English
·  Have a strong interest in growing your own technology skills

The position is based in Copenhagen and may include travel.
