Job Description:

Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure. Sales Pursuit and Closure professionals represent individuals who manage and close opportunities through the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.

Deal Execution Support Managers:

· Provide support on the deal team to the Bid Manager, Deal Shaper, Sales Lead and or Negotiator.
· Help in the coordination of activities, ensuring integration across team.
· Assist in the development and execution of sales growth strategy.

Travel Requirement: 50%

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree and/or an advanced degree
·  Minimum of 2 years of Mortgage Industry client relationship management
·  Minimum of 3 years using MS Office Suite
·  Minimum of 2 years experience Bid Development or collaboration with Deal/Sales teams working on large & complex contracts/transactions; tier 1 consulting firm experience strongly preferred
·  Minimum of 2 years experience with formal sales methodology and/or formal sales process - working on final approvals of a global company's largest and most complex transactions

·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
