Responsibilities:

We experiment with clients and partners to co-innovate and incubate future products at speed; we foster a high touch culture of: Envision, Assemble, Measure and Learn Fast. And we have a unique approach to help clients commercialise innovative new products and business processes. We help them move from traditional multi-year business cases to a startup tranche funding model using our LiquidLean delivery lifecycle.

We bring new ideas to life, build experiences that are both simple and beautiful and articulate strategies for our world leading clients. Our integrated LiquidLean teams design and build prototypes, conduct experiments and validate user and business results. We are accountable for conducting industry research, selecting key metrics, analysing data and presenting value cases.

You have a good grasp of digital architectures & platforms, are quick to pick up emerging technologies e.g. IoT, Big Data or AI, are technical and "hands-on" wanting to know what's going on "under the hood", you participate in hackathons, you have built a reputation for innovation, using technology, across the full stack, creatively to solve business problems, you have developed broad industry skills with deep experience and game-changing insights in at least two different industries and you work collaboratively.

You will work as part of our integrated LiquidLean team that builds prototypes, conducts experiments and validates learning. You will be accountable for building prototypes to find the quickest and cheapest way to prove new ideas, technologies and business models in a real world environment. You will apply lightweight development concepts like micro services to design and build prototypes and experiments to validate user and business expectations. You will be a Lean Startup evangelist.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Requirements

· 3+ years working on projects in the Digital space (defined above in role)

· 2 years of experience as a technical architect or consulting in multiple areas of Digital

· 2+ years of software design or development or creative design

· Agile delivery experience

· Bachelor's Degree
