ServiceNow Developer

work location: Warsaw

The Infrastructure Consulting team helps clients transform their IT infrastructure using comprehensive, intelligent infrastructure solutions, including cloud, data centers, and security solutions and service management. We support digital strategies of our clients, designing and implementing flexible IT solutions and developing and implementing security strategies needed to limit risk.

What will you do?

You will take part in the implementation of interesting projects for large Polish and international clients in the field of IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for:

· Involvement in ITSM projects - Center of Excellence – ServiceNow
· Preparation of analyzes related to projects (infrastructure, processes).
· Participation in a team working on the development and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions for Accenture customers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What do we expect from you?

· Experience in the field of IT Service Management (configuration, incident management, change) + experience in ServiceNow

· Experience in building, modifying and implementing IT processes, including configuration and automation of processes.

· Experience in ServiceNow:

Ø Developer min. 2-4 years in building and configuring processes and procedures, scripting (JavaScript, Angular)

Ø Architect 4+ years in designing and managing the implementation and maintenance of medium and large-sized projects

· Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software

· Knowledge of ITIL
