Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Acting as local business responsible of Accounts Payable and Time&Expense function which is currently followed by service center located in Prague and providing support and supervision for vendor invoice and payment processes.
· Managing internal analysis, reporting and development activities related with Accounts Payable System by providing functional expertise.
· Acting as Local Business Deployment Lead on Time and Expense System Implementation and continuously providing functional support to Accenture employees and solving their problems with area lead and responsible.
· Providing trainings to the end users and new joiners related with Time and Expense System.
· Preparing Internal Control Activities which are in the responsibilities by following the defined rules and procedures of the Company.
· Preparing monthly VAT, WHT declarations and reporting BA-BS forms.
· Preparing a report in a monthly basis including employee time information such as overtime and vacation for Payroll and Closing Process.
· Providing support on Time & Expense related policy changes.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics and relevant departments
· 1-2 years of work experience in Finance
· Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Powerful analytical & problem solving skills
· Fluent in English
