As a solution engineer within Accenture you will provide guidance and design, configure, implement, and maintain highly automated build environments supporting development and testing. You are skilled in delivery approaches and methods, and the supporting development. Your knowledge and experience will allow you to implement or improve IT Service delivery methodologies and processes, while helping clients on their business transformation and supporting the implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

① Solution Engineer
・Work across the service delivery lifecycle (requirement definition, design, construction, development/testing, deployment, operation / maintenance) and project teams to build and test backbone / information systems for our client

②PMO
・Act as the management person in the Project team, overseeing large scale System Implementation and Integration
・manage and drive a project from initiation stage to close (quality management, cost management, schedule management, resource management, scope management).
・Interfacing with the client organization on technical issues or solution designs
・Collaborate extensively in the Project team as well as other functions in the organization.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

① Solution Engineer
【Basic Qualifications】

・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
・Minimum 1 years of delivery experience (system development, system maintenance, system operation)

【Preferred Skills】
・TOEIC score: 750 or higher

【Professional Soft Skills】
・Strong interest in system development and desire to work in an information systems environment

②PMO
【Basic Qualifications】

・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
・Have one or more relevant certifications of project management, e.g. P2M, PMC, PMS, PMP, PMI.
・Minimum 3 years of project management / PMO experience.
・Minimum 2 years of delivery experience (system development, system maintenance, system operation)
・Interfacing with the client organization on technical issues or solution designs

【Preferred Skills】
・TOEIC score: 750 or higher
・Experienced in onshore/ offshore split delivery environment
