Key Responsibilities:

(1) HCM Consultant
- Realize design of the core Business Processes which considered the management level and management items of HR information (limited to local or Group / Global common), deployment possibility, and individual permission
- Plan the execution towards a standardization and template formation of the administrative model
- Lead a global project plan and execution including the coordination (an IDM and payroll related) with the existing EPR or a local system, and data migration and Change Management, and achieve the integration with the intelligence infrastructure, not limited to implementation of a HRIT individual solution
- Early realization of the Global / group Human Resources IT by utilizing the SaaS services which have received high evaluation globally, such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM cloud, and ADP

(2) HCM engineer
- Take charge of the design, the development, test, and migration in a HCM application development project regardless of the industry and an industry sector
- Communicate with a client IT group person in charge and the higher rank persons within a Project (person in charge of basic design etc.)
- Work instruction to offshore resources and project acceptance may be assigned.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

(1) HCM Consultant
【Basic Qualifications】
- At least one of the following development experience with 2 years or more (SAPHCM /OracleEBS/Oracle Peoplesoft/Workdays/SucccessFactors)
- Business level Japanese / More than 650 TOEIC level of English
【Preferred Skills】
- Understanding of HR management processes, system building and operation experience
【Professional Soft Skills】
- quick learning capability (self-starter) of operating, communications skills, and the document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)

(2) HCM engineer
【Basic Qualifications】
- At least one of the following development experience with 1 year or more (SAPHCM /OracleEBS / Oracle Peoplesoft/Workdays/SucccessFactors)
- Japanese of a business level
【Preferred Skills】
- 650 about TOEIC
- Understanding of HR management processes, system building and operation experience
【Professional Soft Skills】
- quick learning capability (self-starter) of operating, communications skills, and the document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)
