YOUR ROLE
There will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, but that's why most people love it here. The opportunities to make a difference while working on exciting client initiatives are unlimited in this ever-changing space. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

· Lead and build the social media practice in Accenture Interactive
· Develop and deliver enterprise level social business strategies to clients to increase productivity and efficiency
· Deliver social technology solutions that enable businesses to integrate social with existing capability to deliver real business results
· Coach and train client brands in understanding the role of social within their businesses through workshops and brainstorm sessions.
· Develop community strategies within the Omni channel experience to allow for increased cost efficiencies within the service experience.
· Develop operational models that support an always on strategy for clients
· Develop social listening and responding capabilities for our clients
· Drive insight into marketing strategies through social listening for our clients
· Participate in business development efforts and strategy engagements
· Travel Required

Desired profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  2 years of experience in web and digital marketing projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
·  2 years of experience with collaboration software tools such as: Telligent, Jive, Lithium, IBM Connections, Drupal, Facebook Workplace, Yammer, Salesforce Chatter OR
·  2 years of experience with social monitoring solutions such as: Salesforce Social Studio/Radian6, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Netbase, Synthesio, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon

SET YOURSELF APART
·  Experience with social marketing tools such as: Kenshoo, Brand Networks, Shift, GraphEffect, Marin
·  Experience with Campaign Management/Digital Marketing/Web Analytics tools such as: Marketo, Salesforce, ExactTarget, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Analytics (Also known as Omniture and SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics
·  Detailed understanding social media
·  Experience running large social media campaigns and ability to translate learnings into best practice framework
·  Strong familiarity with other Web 2.0 technologies such as social media, personalization and behavioural targeting
·  Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to clients
·  Provide digital media industry and solution expertise to apply Accenture Interactive's value proposition to client business requirements and develop solution architectures to address common digital media business challenges.
·  In depth knowledge of community management platforms (Lithium experience ideally), including support forums, moderation, ideas, product reviews, ratings, lead generation and CRM integration
