JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

• Perform and process inspections as directed by QA Supervisor/Engineer.
• Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes and test fixtures
• Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures.
• Report Non-conformances.
• Work with peers, trainer, supervisor, and engineers to resolve line issues and suggest improvements
• Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with SOPs, WIs and GMP (CFRs)

Primary Job Function:As an QA Inspector you will be responsible for the inspection of components/materials, information for use (IFUs), packaging, and labeling materials. Perform inspections required by the Quality Assurance lead. Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and/or test instructions. Work in compliance to Procedures and cGMP guidelines.

Position Accountability & Scope: This position reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor/Engineer.

Minimum Education & Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience / Training Required

0-2 years experience working in inspection, or related field
