Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for

Professionals Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

for the Department Validation based in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform validation activities for test methods and processes and qualification activities for facilities, utilities and equipment
  • Generate, review and approve protocols, test plans and reports in compliance with current industry standards
  • Coordinate validation activities (such as input for protocol and report authoring and training on protocol) in interaction with affected departments
  • Ensure that the necessary project documentation is complete, accurate and in compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Conduct trainings for colleagues
  • Support internal and external audits, e.g. with input concerning validation-related topics
  • Provide feedback for validation and quality assessments to other business units
  • Interact constructively with colleagues, managers and cross-functional peers
  • Maintain awareness of industry regulatory standards and ensure compliance to site policies and procedures.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in a Life Sciences or engineering discipline is required
  • Work experience in Quality or related field experience appreciated
  • Understanding of how the function supports the business
  • Efficient time management to carry out assigned duties that support business goals
  • Ability to conduct quality-related activities to deliver consistent, high quality documents, services, products and processes
  • Capability to effectively work within teams
  • Fluent in English and German

This position is limited until the end of 2021.
