JOB DESCRIPTION:

CRM Professional Education Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Customer Education Coordinator to support, and track customer facing programs as part of the professional education team. 

Manage all details from contracting to analytics for customer education programs.  To report directly into the Manager of CRM Professional Education. To collaborate with Professional Education & other key stakeholders to ensure business objectives and priorities are met. Manage the consulting agreements, agendas, invitations, food and beverage for local and regional programs including contracting with the local facilities to reduce costs, manage the case observation programs and post customer education programs, develop a system to track program attendees and post program performance.  Process a series of post event tasks that include timely payment of invoices, internal chargebacks, HCP (Healthcare Professionals) reporting and post program attendee follow up. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of consulting agreements that includes initiating the agreement, reviewing, ensuring W9 and CV are received, work within Contract Hub on the MSA, SOW and FMV.
  • Manage agenda development and maintenance for customer education programs.
  • Coordinates all reporting metrics to provide compliance appropriate reports.
  • Develop a system that can manage long-term analytics for the customer education programs.  The analytics would include attendee status prior to the program, 1 month, 6 month then annually.
  • Post program follow up including sending program attendees a post program follow up and presentations.
  • A reference to ensuring “compliance requirements” should be included
  • Managing “pre-authorizations” should be included
  • HCP expenses of “airfare and hotel” will also apply to some local and regional programs

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience with customer coordination/logistics and meeting planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to details.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Able to work independently, make accurate decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Experience with event management tools (CVENT, Lanyon, etc) preferred.
