JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overall Purpose:
The position is to evaluate, plan and execute on bringing new innovative technologies
and business models to the SEA Region Healthcare system. Working closely with our sales team, internal resources and physicians to develop marketing plans, strategies and messaging around therapies. Focused on market share, procedural share and top line growth for the overall portfolio.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, Product training and market research activities.
• Act as the bridge between local sales team and APAC marketing team to ensure a thorough understanding of GBU initiatives and regional resources that can be leveraged.
• Responsible to develop local product entry strategy, tactical and implementation plan (with input from Business Manager), as well as organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.
• Interacts directly with APAC product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
• Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
• Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Minimum Requirements:
• Marketing experience in medical devices / healthcare highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree Required, with minimum of 3-5 years relevant marketing experience.
• Proven interpersonal, presentation skills and business acumen.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills including financial modelling, forecasting, and evaluating market data/ trends.
• Strong knowledge in Excel, creating/formatting templates and Power-point, creating interactive slides.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, quick thinker and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated and positive with “can do “attitude.

Nice to Have:
• Understanding of Medical Device Regulations in Southeast Asia.
• Previous Sales, Marketing or Customer/Patient Support experience in Healthcare.
• Sales or Marketing experience in any of following: Cardiac Surgery, Peripheral interventions or Neurovascular interventions.
• Business Project Management, ability to multitask and work in a complex environment.
