Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Supply Chain Solutions (currently undergoing recruitment process), the Junior Manager Supply Chain Traceability directs, plan and executes programs for Serialization and projects of our Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) Supply Chain and ensures alignment with other division specific and/or Corporate strategic initiatives. The Junior Manager will challenge and support project and team-members to reach and go beyond excellence with the customer in focus and the overall strategic goals in mind.

Specifically, he/she will:

·  Monitor and identify internal or external developments which require initiation of a project
·  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and/or internal guidelines
·  Work with management to escalate and facilitate resolution of project constraints on execution of critical deliverables
·  Evaluates and presents business case and cost/benefit process analyses towards management to facilitate sound business decision-making
·  Drive partnerships between different functions within EPD, as well as sister-divisions and corporate functions
·  Main focus will be to supervise the Serialization Teams in our GPMO sites from a divisional perspective as well as collaborating for all our TPM’s which are supplying products for markets with serialization and traceability regulatory requirements
·  Lead cross-functional project teams:
·  Support in developing, maintaining and executing the Serialization Strategy for EPD
·  Manage, risk, schedules, budget, conflicts of the projects
·  Incorporate market needs into the processes and systems
·  Ensure business processes, systems, people are taken into account in the project plans
·  Ensure corporate policies, standards and procedures are met
·  Ensure commitment and promotion of the program
·  Drive process improvements and cost- or efficiency- improvements

Who are you?

·  Experience:
·  Advanced overall expertise of the different areas of supply chain and related business processes
·  Advanced understanding of cross-functional aspects in a large scale business environment
·  In-depth knowledge and understanding of Project Management principles, methodology and tools within a program
·  Seniority required to ensure authority over the Project Plan

·  Tools & Systems:
·  Professional knowledge and practice in MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills mandatory)
·  Professional skills in MS Project
·  Knowledge in SAP (ECC, APO and BW) are a real asset
·  Professional knowledge of the Serialization platforms like Tracelink, Supply Chain Wizard, etc.

·  Languages:
·  Full command in English (oral and written), additional languages are an advantage
