JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Innovation Talent Solutions & Operations Manager (University Relations/Talent Acquisition) serve as the EMEA subject matter University Relations expert in Generation Z talent and drives the EMEA Operations/Innovation projects. The Innovation Talent & Operations Solutions Manager (UR/TA) will develop and launch new global recruiting processes, tools, practices and ideas with an emphasis on early intake talent. In parallel, this role serves as the EMEA lead on TA Operations best practices, projects and processes. The individual will work with a cross-functional/cross-regional Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization structure. The individual will be part of a small team of seasoned recruiting professionals.

Requirements:

The individual in the role will have the following abilities:

  • Demonstrated understanding of both technical and university recruiting through a combination of work experience and industry knowledge
  • Ability to develop recruiting strategies to attract talent in EMEA
  • Ability to create analytical measurements and interpret findings to leadership
  • Consult with business leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues to create best in class internship experience
  • Develop social media communications that produce high levels of engagement
  • Ability to execute EMEA Intern Week Experience
  • Deliver clear and timely communication to interns and assignment managers to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • As needed, support full-cycle recruiting across departments and disciplines
  • Drive improvement projects to enhance EMEA TA Operations and related capabilities, with focus on innovation and best practices
  • Support design and implementation of highly efficient and scalable processes in a rapid-growth and ever-changing environment

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the skills/experience below:

  • Previous experience working in a University Relations role with a focus on technology and/or innovation
  • Demonstrated experience as key contributor in a small high impact team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and communicate progress
  • 5 years recruiting experience with a focus on early intake talent
  • 2+ years' experience designing social media marketing campaigns with proven success
  • Strong communications skills to include delivering virtual presentations
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system Ability to travel about 20% of the time
