Job description


Primary Job Function

·  Develop and implement trade strategy for EPD Russia through management of key streams (trade marketing, pharmacy chains, pharmacy sales forces, eCommerce)
·  Management of trade marketing organization as a standalone unit contributing to overall plan delivery: formulating a strategy as an integral part of the commercial strategy
·  Driving transparency, predictability and efficiency of sales results in retail channel, together with putting in place controls of budget fulfillment and costs necessity and efficiency.

Professional experience and skills:

·  Have strong commercial competences and business acumen, in-depth knowledge of retail and eCommerce channels
·  Knowledge of the relevant pharmaceutical market, its dynamics and inter-dependencies;
·  Proven successful experience as Sales director/Trade Head/Head of Pharmacy Chains group/Head of Trade marketing 3+ years.
·  Successful work experience as a second line manager in sales preferable (experience of leading big teams)
·  Excellent skills and experience to manage TOP pharmacy chains on pharma market
·  Trade strategy creation experience for established brands as well as new launches

·  Talent management and leadership – select and develop effective managers. Anticipate upcoming talent needs and capabilities and plan for addressing gaps
·  Ability to work under high pressure and to manage crisis situations
·  Ability to make the right decisions quickly and sense market trends
·  Systemic thinking and analytical approach

Minimum Education

Higher education, MBA as advantage

Minimum Experience/Training Required

·  Experience as Trade Head/Head of Pharmacy Chains group/Head of Trade marketing 3+ years in big multinational company
·  People management skills, experience to lead diverse team of second line managers
·  Result oriented profile and assertiveness
·  Knowledge of pharmacy and pharmacy chains market
·  Stakeholder management
·  Negotiation experience with TOP pharmacy chains and professional contacts on pharma market
