The Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for a

Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

for the Export Operations and Lease Accounting team based in Wiesbaden.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end / year-end bookings for export countries / contracts / serial numbers regarding sale reserve, accruals and lease accounting
• Manage SAP distributor commission set up for accurate commission accruals
• Manage quarterly and annual commission payouts in line with contractual obligations and polices
• Analyse monthly instrument shipments for in-scope EMEA countries
• Coordinate indirect purchasing process with local teams related to distributor contracts, in line with policies
• Process purchase orders for distributors' indirect purchases
• Obtain contract support documentation from the local teams / Review contracts with regards to Lease Accounting relevant information
• Monitor timely expense booking and payout advising local teams and accounting groups
• Report on weekly TOR and Deinstall Reports and drive additional reportings to answer business needs, implement efficiencies and improve processes
• Support Finance managers in Audit tasks
• Export Operations lead for tasks derived from revenue recognition standards in line with FASB and IASB
• Effectively manage communication with multiple stakeholders
• Manage selected banking tasks (including performance and bid bank guarantees)
• Coordinate the annual Lease Accounting assessment

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration or finance/ accounting
• Working experience in international environments
• Strong finance / accounting or FP&A background
• Advanced MS Office knowledge with excellent spreadsheet / Excel skills, SAP know how preferred
• Customer oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible, open minded for continuous change, solution oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines
• Self-motivated team-player
• Fluent in English, German would be preferred but is not required
