JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Field technical engineer crm to join our Team in FINLAND. You will be working with Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management products. A Field Technical Engineer is responsible for the achievement and growth of the agreed sales revenues as well as providing practical & theoretical clinical support to existing or potential internal and external customers. Hereby you will build and promote unique business solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager CRM Finland.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

• Understand customer needs by building strong business relationships with contacts at all levels within the account: consultants, physiologists, allied professionals, hospital management and procurement personnel.
• To support planning and execution of the new product launches in the guidance of the Account Manager and Sales Manager CRM.
• Plan, organize and coordinate in own hospital/-district the key initiatives defined in the action plan in close cooperation with the other local team members as needed: Abbott organization, sales reps, product specialist, clinical specialist, marketing & therapy development and as appropriate regional/national/ international Abbott leaders
• To support internal and external Abbott training and education programs.
• To provide technical assistance, procedure support, implantation and follow up support and training and educations whenever seen needed to Abbott staff and customers.
• Support the analyses, development and implementation of a detailed strategic business and action plan crystallizing all Abbott branding and offerings including products, technical support, clinical projects, educational and marketing programs and training & development initiatives.
• To assist in promoting the whole Abbott CRM product line and support X-divisional collaboration and communication.
• Provide local fcst's, business reports and information flows as required on regular bases to Sales Manager

YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's Degree; Medical and/or technical experience/education.
• Good track record from previous jobs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, another language is an asset.
• Fluent with general IT programs.
• Stress resistant, social skills, technical skills and educational skills, a 'can-do' attitude, people orientated, adaptable, self-motivated, flexible, competitive
