We are looking for passionate, Biomedical Science (or related Science) graduates for entry-level Field Technical Engineer (FTE) roles.
The FTE is responsible for supporting existing & emerging technology lines by providing expert clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of the Abbott EP products and their appropriate application in a clinical setting.
Excellent, structured training will be provided to enable you to develop your technical knowledge of Electrophysiology, our therapies and technologies as well as the dynamics of the country healthcare market, to become clinically certified to support EP cases.
Prior experience within the medical devices industry is not required. You will need to hold a BSc degree in a relevant subject, with strong cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge. You should possess excellent communication and organisation skills. Applicants should expect to travel significantly, and therefore must hold a valid UK driving licence.
